FREE on orders above £30, Flat Rate of £4.90 for orders below £30.
Most items dispatched within 48h (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Delivery typically within 2 working days.
Small & medium orders via Royal Mail – untracked service; Large orders via Royal Mail - tracked.
When will I get my soaps?
UK Standard Flat Rate Delivery Service:
Most orders are dispatched within 48h (Monday to Friday).
You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order.
Small orders (up to 6 bars) generally arrive the next day (Monday to Saturday), following dispatch. Sent via Royal Mail First Class, untracked.
Medium orders (up to 12 bars) generally arrive within 48h (Monday to Saturday), following dispatch. Sent via Royal Mail Second Class, untracked.
Large orders (above 12 bars) generally arrive 3-5 days later (Monday to Saturday), following dispatch. Sent via Royal Mail tracked – you will receive tracking details via email.
*Our soaps are handmade and therefore packages can vary in weight.
Flat Rate European Delivery
European delivery costs just £7.75 for up to 12 soaps, and they will generally arrive within 4-5 working days.
If you’re interested in ordering more than 12 bars, please email us and we will quickly send you back a quote – normally within 24h hours.
We send all our £7.75 parcels to Europe via Royal Mail’s Standard International Service as standard. This is automatically insured up to £20 and is an untracked service.
For a Flat Rate of £15.25 (for postage of up to 12 bars), we will send your package via Royal Mail’s International Tracked Service. This includes insurance of up to £50.
Royal Mail’s estimated delivery times vary from country to country, and any taxes or customs duties levied in transit or on arrival on your package is your sole responsibility.
You will receive an email from us when your soaps have been dispatched. Most orders are sent on the same day we receive them, excepting weekends, UK Bank Holidays and occasional seasonal breaks.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Cancellation and returns
5.1 You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
5.2 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
5.3 If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
5.4 If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
5.5 We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract. Please see point 5.1 for exemptions.
5.6 We reserve the right to refuse replacements on any damaged items reported to us outside of two working days.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
